Beeba's 70th · Baha Mar, Bahamas

Two dates.
One quick call.

We're down to the final piece: which four days. Both work, both put us all together on the island. Here's each one, side by side, and everything each price already includes so you can pick fast.

One thing that changed since the first look

The prices moved a little, and mostly in our favor.

The first page I sent showed a food-and-spa credit that, once we got real quotes, doesn't combine with the resort's best rate. So that specific credit is off.

But the rate we're on now, the Prive rate, includes daily breakfast for two in every room plus a food and beverage credit. Once you count breakfast every single morning, that's worth more than the old one-time credit, not less. So a couple of the room numbers tick slightly up on paper, but you're getting more back. And the Reserve option below adds a private lounge that feeds the whole group morning and evening.

Pick the one that fits everyone's week

Oct 11–15  or  Oct 14–18

This is just a starting point, not locked in. The rooms below are a suggestion to show the idea; anyone can pick a different room, upgrade, or grab their own 2-bedroom if they'd rather have the space. Standard for one family, Reserve for another, totally fine. The only thing we actually need to agree on is the same four days.

Option B costs a little more up front, but here's why it's worth a look: the villa has a full kitchen to keep food in the room and feed the kids there instead of pricey meals out, and the lounge covers us all day, breakfast, snacks, and an evening spread with beer and wine. For 17 people over four days, that quietly earns a lot of the difference back.
Why we need a date this week

The good rooms are booking up fast.

There's a large group taking over the resort around these dates, so availability is tight and moving day by day. Nothing is held for us until it's actually booked with a card, and the rooms we want have already shifted once. The sooner we lock a date, the sooner I can hold every room before it's gone. All I need from each of you is a yes on one of the two dates.

So — which four days?

Reply with A or B. That's the whole ask. Once we have a date, I'll hold the rooms and handle the rest.

A · Oct 11–15
B · Oct 14–18 · The Reserve
Room prices are current all-in quotes for four nights and aren't held until booked. Airfare shown is per person for the Atlanta families (each books their own) and total for the Columbus and Nashville families. Fares are live and rising, especially out of Atlanta, so they lock the day we book.
